About Us

At Pollinator Petals, our pollinators and wildlife are at the heart of everything we do.

Our flowers are sustainably grown from seed and harvested with care, always putting nature first. We leave many blooms for the pollinators — the true priority — and for the wildlife that shares our space. Every piece is dried naturally and lovingly crafted working with nature, not against it.

Our postage packaging is often repurposed (which also helps keep our packaging costs down). All of our packaging can be composted or recycled.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR DRIED FLOWERS

Dried flowers are really very easy to take care of. Here are some tips that will help you keep them looking beautiful for years to come. They are fragile and they will change over time but they will last for years if you look after them well!Whether you are having a dried wedding flowers or simply some stems in a vase to enjoy at home, follow these tips to prolong the life of your dried flowers.

DRIED FLOWER CARE TIPS

1. Please, no water

Unlike their fresh friends, dried blooms do no like water. None. It makes their stems weak and mouldy. Keep them warm and dry.

2. Avoid direct sunlight

Dried flowers will naturally fade over time time, particularly if they are kept in direct sunlight. To slow the fade, keep them away from them away from direct sunlight.

3. Be gentle

They are fragile and become more fragile as time goes on. You may see some fall out from grasses, some petals or some little blooms but don't despair. Collect these goodies and enjoy them in another way, for example if you have fallout from lavender, collect it in a little pouch to rub and smell it for a calming burst of scent.
